Return Period: You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@gloproputting.co.za with a photo and order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process the refund within 7 working days.

Non-Returnables: Used items, opened items without a fault, or items without original packaging.
